Our Story

Short History About Badili Centre

Badili was founded by Hannah Nginya in March 2010. While working as an intern pastor at Nairobi Pentecostal Church–Woodley, she saw the plight of vulnerable women and founded Badili Centre in answer to God's call on her life.

Since 2010, Badili has trained 2,000+ women in Kenya, Ethiopia and Nigeria. Badili educates vulnerable women with the transformational truths of Scripture and equips them with entrepreneurial training so that they can start their own businesses or be attractive candidates for employment in their communities.

We also work with women from areas prone to Female Genital Mutilation to educate them on the dangers of this practice to their health.

If your church or organisation would like to partner with Badili Centre to affect lasting change in the lives of vulnerable women, please contact us.
